Alsoc Global Visit to Singapore

Hello from the Alsoc Office in Kolkata!
We are excited by the large interest that we have so far for our Singapore visit. There are almost 60 confirmations so far, including 15 who will be travelling all the way from Kolkata. Our venue can accommodate a few more as well, so if you know of any others who would be interested, please pass on this message and request them to get in touch with us at ALSOC.
We will start at 7pm with an interaction with Fr. Thamacin and this will be followed by the fellowship dinner. We expect to finish the programme at around 9.30-10.
For our event we have booked the private room at
Pasta Fresca Boat Quay,
To cover the costs of dinner and soft drinks, the event is contributory. The expected cost for this will be around S$70 per person. Wine, beer, cocktails and Spirits will also be available at the venue for an extra charge.
Please let us have your confirmation ASAP so that we can order food for the appropriate number of people and make the necessary arrangements for payment. We are exploring Some app-based mobile solutions such as Paylah so that we can designate one of our Singapore -based friends from this group to collect funds and pay the restaurant. Once I have this detail I will let all of you know.
Finally I would like to thank Rohan Raichaudhuri, Mohit Sindhwani and Gurumurthy Hariharan for helping out in scoping out various places, being in contact with venues and getting options to choose from. I would also like to thanks Ankur Basu for helping with hotel accommodations and negiotiating rates on behalf of ALSOC.
